The Firm's founder, Seth H. Kramer, brings multiple talents and expertise to each client engagement. He began practicing business and corporate law in 1998 with Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A. and Potter, Anderson & Corroon, LLP, two of Delaware's oldest firms and worldwide leaders in corporate governance.
Since that time, Seth has been extensively involved in advising clients in small business law relating to the formation, structuring and restructuring of small business entities, conversions, and transfers for such operations. He has a wide range of experience in all types of commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures using limited liability companies, general and limited partnerships, statutory trusts and corporations.
Seth counsels Maryland small businesses and entrepreneurs in the areas of:
- Limited Liability Company (LLC) Formation and Reorganization;
- Corporate Governance;
- Contract Drafting and Negotiation;
- Asset Purchases and Sales; and
- Tax and Estate Planning.
